What are the chances...

So... I know Jake is all in love with Nessie and blah blah blah, but really, what are the chances that he could of actually been successful at taking care of Nessie long term (assuming that Bella and Edward both died at the hand of the Volturi and what not)? And what are the chances that Alice would have actually been able to find them?

Cuz honestly, and no offense to Jake or anything, but I just don't totally see it working out. I don't think he would really know what to do to always take care of her, and he is often so irrational that I really think that his possessiveness of her would get in the way and mess things up... But those are just my thoughts that are potentially biased due to the fact that Jacob is not one of my favorite characters...

I dont know i think bella made a good enough attempt to make them realize were she had sent them if things went ary,
i have partial faith that alice would have found them eventually.
