Did anyone know of her involvement with the Seatly problems before the Cullens and Bella figured it out? What could she have done better so that she might not have died? Could she ever have killed Bella, if it were real life and not a book that can't allow the main character to die?

noone wants Bella to die, but I think someone should have, other than the 20 or so newborns+Vicky I mean, like a werewolf or Cullen or someone.

Intresting thought.... but given the Cullen's experience fighting and just how strong their bonds are not just with their mate but with the whole family, I think it would have been very hard for the newborns to win. They all had knowledge of newborn tactics on their side, particuarly Jasper, and they had practice for it. I think the only real possibility for a Cullen to die would be for one of the mate pairs to be split up and one be injured- that might cause irritation behavior from teh other, but even then, I doubt it. As Alice said, there was nothing to worry about.

I think that if Victoria hadn't gone off on her own to find Edward and Bella, however, that there might have been a chance then for one of them to get hurt. But even then, Edward was fighting for Bella and we all know that somehow gives him even more superpowers than he already had.

I know newborns are hard to control, and she had NO control on them, but I think if she had been able to shift their direction straight to Edward, Bella and Seth while the rest of the pack and Cullens were just waiting for her, then the three likely would have all died. A part of me was thinking that might be an option- there was no way Bella and Edward could stay safe in their little world and what not. But, no such luck. =0)
